ご利用規約 TERMS OF USE

この利用規約（以下、「本規約」）は、株式会社エイチダブル（以下、「当社」）が運営するウェブサイトおよび関連サービス（以下、「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
本サービスをご利用になる前に、本規約をお読みいただき、同意のうえご利用ください。
ユーザーが本サービスを利用した場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本サービスの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
当社は、本サービスに関して本規約のほか、個別の定め（例：ガイドライン、注意書き等）を設ける場合があります。これらは本規約の一部を構成するものとします。

第2条（禁止事項）

  7. 不正アクセス行為、またはそれを試みる行為
  8. その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為

第3条（サービスの提供停止等）

当社は、以下の場合には、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の提供を停止または中断することがあります。

  1. 本サービスの保守点検または更新を行う場合
  2. 天災、停電、通信回線の障害、システム障害などにより本サービスの提供が困難となった場合
  3. その他、当社が本サービスの提供を困難と判断した場合

当社は、これによりユーザーまたは第三者に生じた不利益や損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（免責事項）

  1. 当社は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性、特定目的への適合性、セキュリティなどに関する欠陥、エラー、バグなど）がないことを保証しません。
  2. 当社は、本サービスの利用または利用不能によりユーザーまたは第三者に生じたいかなる損害についても、一切の責任を負いません。
  3. ただし、消費者契約法その他の法令により当社の免責が制限される場合は、当該法令に従うものとします。

第5条（サービス内容の変更・終了）

当社は、ユーザーに通知することなく、本サービスの内容を変更または終了することができます。
これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。

第6条（利用規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合には、ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更できるものとします。
変更後の本規約は、本サービス上に掲載した時点で効力を生じるものとします。
ユーザーが本規約変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第7条（通知・連絡）

当社からユーザーへの通知または連絡は、本サービス上への掲載、電子メール、またはその他当社が適当と判断する方法により行います。
当社は、これらの通知を行った時点でユーザーに到達したものとみなします。

第8条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。
本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当社の本店所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, "these Terms") set forth the terms of use for the website and related services (hereinafter, "the Service") operated by H-Double Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "the Company").
Please read and agree to these Terms before using the Service.
By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service.
In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish individual provisions (e.g., guidelines, warnings, etc.) regarding the Service. These provisions constitute part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following acts when using the Service.

We will deem such notice to have reached the User at the time of sending it.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court with jurisdiction over our head office location shall be the exclusive court of first instance.
